We wish to ensure that our Landlords can rest easily in their beds, knowing their property investment is in careful hands. We will conduct routine quarterly Inspections and report to the Landlord. However, we are entirely flexible, and should we be required to inspect more frequently, then we will get out there and do so!

We also wish to ensure that our Tenants are comfortable and secure in their new homes. Our emergency line is there for their peace of mind.

Our Blocks know they can rely on us to be there at the first hint of a problem.
