Full Property Management

Property rental per calendar month, up to £1999, our charge to landlord = £50.00pcm

Property rental per calendar month, up to £2999, our charge to landlord = £100.00pcm

Property rental per calendar month, over £3000, our charge to landlord = £150.00pcm

Set up fee with full management arrangement = 30% of one month's rent

Set up only with no management arrangement = set up charge of 50% of one month's rent. (**Set up only fee is a once only charge if there is no alteration to the Agreement at the end of the initial period).

We do not charge repeat fees on any Agreements - EVER!

No set up, no fee! (All other costs are horribly competitive too!)

Renewals = £30 admin charge for unchanged Periodic arrangement, payable by Tenant. (**i.e. in the event that an existing Tenancy Agreement rolls over into Periodic status at the end of its term).

Renewal, with changes to existing Agreement = to £30 admin charge to both parties.

Our fees are individually negotiated prior to a contract being signed and the terms of that contract will clearly state what the fees are. Whatever the negotiated fee, we do not charge a percentage fee of any works which we may arrange on behalf of the client.
