Our written terms of engagement will detail agreed fee structures & any additional services & costs for which agreement is made, relating directly to the condition, size & scale of the properties, as well as any other responsibilities to which the agent is contracted.
Client funds will be protected according to current legislation & we provide open & transparent accounting for expenditure on behalf of the Residents’ Association.
We strive for open, polite & courteous relationships with our clients, preserving balanced & fair consideration of the opinions of all Leaseholders within a professionally conducted arrangement. We believe that regular consultation, open communication & accessibility, written guidance, & proactive on-site management of the premises should all be the rightful entitlement of all block management clients.
Our Fee
Our fees for Block Management services start from a standard lower negotiating level of £10 + VAT pcm per unit but we are open to negotiation. We guarantee to beat any other comparable written quote you might receive.
Our fees are individually negotiated. Our undertaking is that the fees will be as low as we can make them and that there will be no hidden extra charges levied on the Block at any stage.
We also offer Company Secretarial duties inclusive withinour quote and many additional undertakings for our clients at no further cost.
We do not support the concept of taking a percentage ‘rake off’ from arranged contracts of works – a system adopted by many competitors. Arranging all works and contracts is included in our low monthly fee. We do not charge an annual “up front” fee or an “end of year” top up fee, or make additional charges for postage or out of hours calls.
